Pumpkinfest 2026 Vendor Application
Vendor Applications Now Open for Port Elgin Pumpkinfest!
We are excited to officially invite vendors to apply for this year’s Port Elgin Pumpkinfest — one of the region’s most anticipated events, attracting thousands of attendees each year!
Whether you’re interested in joining our Food Court or Marketplace, we encourage you to submit your application before the deadline.

Please be sure to carefully read the cover letter and review all forms containing important festival information and participation guidelines. As a vendor, it is your responsibility to review all provided documents before submitting your application.
Application Deadline: Friday June 12th
After the deadline, applications will be reviewed. Please allow a few weeks for all applications to be reviewed. Vendors will receive an email regarding their acceptance status along with an invoice in July. Please note that submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into the festival. Please note wd do not provide energy or power sources.
