A Message Regarding COVID-19
May 4, 2020
Port Elgin Pumpkinfest continues to closely monitor the rapidly evolving reports about the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic. The health and safety of our staff, patrons, concessionaires, exhibitors, performers, partners and the community at large, are our top priorities.
Pumpkinfest is working directly in consultation with municipal and provincial governments, along with the advice of public health agencies in preparations for the 2020 event (October 3rd). In all aspects of our collective entertainment experience, safety comes first at.
Although our annual event is still five months away, we are deeply saddened by the direct and sudden impact of the virus on so many of our country’s great agricultural fairs, and our city’s vibrant festivals, events, attractions and businesses. We remain optimistic and have the utmost confidence in Ontarians, and the global effort to flatten the spread of this virus, that soon we will be able to come together again to enjoy all that our great province has to offer -- including the 34th Annual Port Elgin Pumpkinfest..

No where does it say either way if car show for 2020 is a go or cancelled. I assume cancelled as no registration available?
